Guarantee
ToscanaTipica snc guarantees the quality of its service.
If not completely satisfied with our products you may return the goods within 10 (ten) days
of delivery, like Italian law D.L.15 January 1992 n.50.
Warning: the wrapping of the product must not be damaged. If the wrapping is damaged, opened
or isn't sealed, may not be returned.
ToscanaTipica is not responsible in any way for the damages made on user by an improper use
of the products sold in this site.
Beside, it is not responsible as well for any faults or defects in the manufacturing of the
products, for which the manufacturers themselves are responsible.
The procedure to return the product is the following:
The customer who wishes to return the goods has to send within ten days of delivery a
registered letter with notification of delivery including the following dates:
- the desire to apply the above stated laws
- the merchandise
- the order number
- the data relative to his personal bank account (the banking institution, the branch,
the account number) or postal account.
The customer has to send the registered letter to the following address:

In alternative options the customer may send a telegram at the same address or an e-mail
at info@toscanatipica.biz following the same procedure of the registered letter stated above.
within 10 (ten) days of delivery.
In either case the communication must be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the telegram
or the e-mail by means of registered letter to the address stated above.
To obtain a refund the customer must send back the product within 10 (ten) days of delivery.
The product must be returned along with the invoice and/or the bill of consignment attached
to the goods at the moment of delivery.
ToscanaTipica snc will provide a refund within 30 (thirty) days of receiving notice of the
consumer's desire to return the product, with bank transfer or postal transfer.
Warning: the refund cover only the price of the product. It does not in any case include
any additional costs for shipping and delivery of the product, which will not be refunded
and will be at the customer's expenses.
