- To withdraw consent for legitimate reasons to the processing of needed personal information.
- The right to withhold consent to the processing of personal information for the purpose of commercial advertising, mailing lists, canvassing or interactive surveys.

Jurisdiction and competent Court

Every dispute to the application, execution, interpretation and violation arising under this agreement, is subordinate to Italian Jurisdiction. All controversy under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the court of Siena (Si-Italy).

Responsibility

Supplier does not assume responsibility for inefficiency for act of God, such as incidents, outbreaks, fires, commotion, strikes and/or lock outs, earthquakes, alluvium, damaging at computer system, fallen of system, and others that do not allow the execution the contract in the time agree. For these causes, the supplier will not be responsible for damages, losses and/or costs for the lacked execution the contract. The consumer has only the right to the restitution of the corresponded price. The supplier is not responsible to eventual fraudulent and illicit use of credit cards, checks and other means of payment.
